SPEAKER. HOST. CREATOR. COMMUNITY BUILDER. ADVOCATE.
Creating safe spaces through story, community, and conscious conversation.
Meet Meg
Meg Zeenat Wamithi is a speaker, advocate, and creator building community at the intersection of mental health, storytelling, and conscious living. With over a decade of experience as a globally recognised mental health consultant and social entrepreneur, she is now focused on amplifying underrepresented voices and creating safe, healing spaces for people living with mental illness, particularly Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
Meg is the founder of Living on the Borderline (LOTB), a peer support community for those living with or exploring a BPD diagnosis. Through LOTB, she is redefining what support looks like, centring on lived experience, connection, research and advocacy.
She is also a co-founder and host of the Slowly Stitched Podcast, a platform for conscious fashion conversations exploring sustainability, identity, and mental well-being in an industry long overdue for change.
Previously, Meg was the Founder and CEO of MindMapper UK, where she led youth mental health programmes reaching over 250,000 people globally. Her work has spanned international and national charities, policy spaces, and global brands, always rooted in vulnerability, equity, and systems change.
Now, through her expanding digital platforms and creative work, Meg continues to create content that invites deeper conversations about mental illness, identity, healing, and conscious living. Whether she’s sharing on stage, on TikTok, or through a podcast episode, her mission remains the same: to build spaces where honesty heals, and community holds.
